About Ramsisa

Ramsisa Schedule is an API that turns a list of locations into a day-by-day field visit
schedule — geographically clustered, tier-prioritized, and territory-aware.

Send a list of locations with classifications, coordinates, and availability windows. The API
returns one row per visit: which day, which location, in what order. Travel time minimized,
frequency targets met, territories respected.

The engine handles any recurring, tiered field-visit problem — pharmaceutical and medical sales
reps, field sales reps, key account managers, route sales and direct store delivery (DSD),
merchandisers, distribution and logistics planners, field service technicians (HVAC, telecom,
utilities), auditors and quality inspectors, surveyors, home healthcare and visiting nurses,
property and facilities managers, and any territory-based outside sales team.

How it works
• Geographic clustering — each working day stays in one territory, stops sequenced for the
shortest practical route.
• Tier-based frequency — Class A, B, C locations get the visit counts you specify, spread
across the month instead of front-loaded.
• Two-period months with catch-up — visits missed in the first half get rescheduled in the
second. No account silently drops off the plan.
• Per-location availability — time windows and active weekdays are honored; morning-only stops
land in morning slots.
• Async by default — submit, get a schedule ID immediately, then poll or receive a webhook
callback.
• Stateless and private — requests are self-contained, generated files expire one hour after
creation. Customer and location data stays with the caller.
• Up-front validation — infeasible inputs come back with a clear explanation, not a half-broken
result.

Available as a self-serve API with tiered pricing, an interactive playground, full OpenAPI
documentation, and webhook integration.
